Colinas de los Menceyes is a collection of 128 luxurious apartments situated contiguous to the natural park with breathtakingviews of the volcanic landscape.

Colinas de los Menceyes will be developed in 2 construction phases of 4 buildings each. Each building will have 16 units divided over 4 floors.

Every building will offer luxurious 1 & 2 bedroom and duplexpenthouses, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The names of the buildings were chosen in honor of the “Menceyes” kings that reigned the Canary Islands during the native Guanche era.
